Work performed:

IVISTA was hired to identify the best use and the market value of a land area located by the Raposo Tavares highway in the city of Cotia.


The work included a market survey of land areas‚ logistics parks‚ offices and retail‚ considering the location and the zoning that does not allow residential developments. Based on the surveys‚ the analysis of the investment quality of every product and the homogenization through treatment of factors were performed for the evaluation of the land.
